Mark Zuffante

Mark Zuffante joined Nault Architects Inc. as an intern in 2002, and after graduating Norwich University in 2003 with a Master’s degree in Architecture, he was hired full time. He has held architectural registration in Massachusetts since 2007 and is one of the firm’s senior project architects.

Mark specializes in difficult renovation and building issue projects that require significant field investigation to identify the source of the problems to be corrected. As an experienced forensic architect, he routinely carries a project from inception to completion, from performing the investigative demolition work to drafting the details and writing the specifications for the contract documents to performing the construction administration services. The continuity of his involvement throughout the life of the project allows him to consistently deliver sound solutions, on time and within budget.

As a LEED Accredited Professional, he leads the firm on all sustainability-driven projects and design decisions. As a Certified Construction Document Technologist through the Construction Specifications Institute (CSI), and an active participant in the Worcester County chapter of CSI, he offers comprehensive knowledge of the writing and management of construction documents, particularly for publicly bid projects through MGL c. 149.
